Assistant minister
Dan Cassidy
Dan Cassidy grew up in Brisbane and enlisted in the Army straight after leaving school. He has served as both a solider and an officer in a number of postings around Australia for the past eleven years. He is on a deliberate path to become an Army Chaplain, having studied at the Queensland Theological College before moving to Townsville. He serves as the assistant minister at Willows as part of his two years pastoral experience required for Army Chaplaincy. He enjoys most outdoor pursuits, including cycling and running and doesn’t mind reading the occasional biography.

In 2006 he was employed part time with Willows, taking care of their youth ministry. David is married to Michelle and they have four children.
