Ministries

Sunday services

Sunday services are at 9:00am and 6:30pm. Our morning service tends to be family oriented with a kid’s talk. Sunday school happens in the hour after the morning service, starting at 10am. All services have a cry-room available, and a crèche for infants operates sometimes during the morning service.

Sunday school meets during school term time from 10:20–11:20am. We have programmes for 3yr olds to year 7.

Bible studies

Bible study groups meet periodically throughout the year, either for special themed studies or general weekly study.

To date, some of the studies we have done (and still have resources for) have been ‘Love, Sex & Marriage’, ‘James’, ‘Titus’, ‘Back to Basics’, and ‘Introducing God’.

If you are interested in joining a bible study contact the church.

Young adults

‘Focus’ meets on Wednesday nights with some breaks during the year. Young adults from first year out of school and up are welcome. We have a program of bible studies as well as occasional social outings & camps.

Give David Hopper or the church office a bell if you’d like to come.

Baptisms

Willows Presbyterian subscribes to the beliefs as outlined in the Westminster Confession of Faith. As such we do baptize adults who profess faith in Christ, along with their infants/children. Baptisms happen during the Sunday Service, and are usually performed by sprinkling with water. If you are interested in being baptized or in having your child baptized, please contact the office and a home visit can be arranged.

Marriages

Weddings, including pre-marriage counseling, can be arranged by contacting the church office. The Notice of Intended Marriage can either be downloaded from the web, or upon request from the office.
